Doing Business:

Full payment is required to secure your order. Payment is non-refundable. 
Depending on availability, turnaround time options are in as little as same day or 1-2 weeks. In some cases, orders can be rushed for an additional fee. In regards to cancellation policy, all sales are final. Once payment is received, there are no refunds, however should you need to cancel or change your order no later than 2 weeks from the delivery date will be considered on a case by case basis.

Pick-up & Delivery

At this time there is no "brick-and-mortar" store for clients to visit. Most of my repeat customers meet me locally here in Flower Mound/Lewisville. Delivery to DFW area locations may be arranged, with a minimum order and delivery fee.

 

How long do they last?

Cake pops stay fresh for several days outside of the refrigerator. There is no need for you to put them in the refrigerator upon receiving them, however if after your event you have any left over, you may store them in the refrigerator to have them last longer.

 

Please keep Cake Pops away from heat. (During the warmer months if you have outdoor parties, the cake pops should be left inside) as with all chocolate, heat will melt it! 

 

Please note: all cake pops are made fresh and hand sculpted/crafted. Chocolate is delicate and there are no guarantees the chocolate outer coating will not crack. We take great care in creating these delicious treats on a stick, however cracking can be common.
